Listen to understand, not to reply. We hate quick replies with no context. Nowadays, people need to relearn how to listen attentively and to think less of what to say; people are volatile, they take everything personal. Empathetic listening plays a vital role in your mental health. Learn to be the safety pin in the world full of bomb whose ready to explode anytime If you don’t have anything to say, then, don’t speak. Enjoy the beauty of peace even words left unsaid.

Drink your coffee while refreshing your mind. Take your morning coffee outside and sip it with passion. Do not rush, you’ve got alot of time to do that. Enjoy the morning calmness of your mind and the clarity of your emotion. Do not let a single negative text or chat ruin your peace. Pray for them, pray for your mind, pray on how to love difficult people, pray for your heart and soul. Look around you and see how beautifil things are created.

Be present now. The battle is not yet done yes but it is not all yours from the beginning. Take a step back, do not dwell from your past, enjoy the moment and live it to the fullest. Practice speaking mindful of yourself. Read your bible to get inspiration and never seek validation from anyone. Surrender your battles to the rightful warrior!
