Future teachers are what we are aiming for. Teaching students what they needed to learn. Now in the modern or the 21st century, we are now facilitating because the traditional way of teaching is changing into what we called leaner centered which emphasizes the student’s role in the learning process. Rather than the teacher telling students what they need to know, students are encourage to explore the material, ask questions and share ideas.

Students exposed to the new different kind of learning are given the oppurtunity to nurture their talents and passions. so i have learned that we are supposed to use different teaching strategies in terms of approaches, techniques, and methods that will help the students to be equipped in their learning in order to develop their full potential.

As a future educator, i will use my own style or strategies in teaching based on my experience in the industry. What the students should, i mean must do. Because fresh graduate students are incompetent in many ways. Like me before, i don't want to let my future students feel what i felt when i was just a novice. That's why i want to focus on their learning outcome using process based assessments. Their competency is going to be their weapon and assets outside the industries.
