Pre-Pandemic life

March 9, 2020 -

I was attending my Work Study class then suddenly there was an announcement from the Dean's office that classes are suspended until March 15 due to increasing number of CoVid-19 cases in Manila. We were alarmed by the fact that it was just days ago that there are reported cases of the virus near the university. So our class got suspended immediately and we were ask to vacate the campus immediately. I was contacted by my parents to get my things from my dorm and go home as soon as possible. However as soon as I get out of the campus, people were rushing to get home immediately which caused traffic around university belt at around 3 pm. So I've decided to eat first together with my friends knowing that we would not see each other for one week. At around 6 pm, the traffic was lessen so we've decided we could already go home. Saying our our last goodbyes with one another without knowing it would be the last time we would see each other personally before the worst of this pandemic occur.

This was my pre-pandemic experience. Let me hear yours!

May God protect us in this time of pandemic.
