Depression. That word we throw around easily this days. That word we use when anything is out of hand. " a depressing day" . But as anyone with depression knows, there's a lot more to figure out.

It slowly takes a person mind from being sane. It is building up inside you like a tumor that needs to be removed. 

The results revealed that, on average, participants reported a significant decrease in their worry and experience of anxiety-related symptoms over the course of the study. They also reported an increase in their feelings of optimism.
