Part 2: How to Cope Up This Pandemic

Hi! Here are some tips that I do to keep myself away from stress this quarantine. Hope this works for you too!

1. Listening to music
For the past few weeks, I've been trying to explore more about music. I sometimes ask my friends for song recs and even joined a song recs group. It is scientifically proven that listening to music can change your mood! Let's share our own playlists, shall we?

2. Podcasts
Listening to podcasts is one of my stress relievers. As an extrovert, listening to them nakes me feel like I'm with them and talking to them. It is also a great way to learn life hacks and experiences. I listen to podcasts thru spotify. 

3. Journaling
This is one of the things I've learned thru podcasts. Journaling means writing down things that you experience or feel in a daily/weekly basis. Everytime I feel stressed, I look back to the things I've written before and say to myself "Wow, I conquered that, this will also pass"

4. Studying
I am a fresh graduate but that doesn't mean I have to stop learning. I need to study and review for the technical exams and interviews for the companied I've applied to. 

5. Watching movies/series
For me, watching a movie/series takes me to another world. It makes me forget about the stress even only for a short amount of time. 

6. Exercise
I don't do this often because I do not have space to exercise at our home but I suggest exercising every once in a while. Take this opportunity to br healthier!
