If you have problems, don't keep it for yourself. Having someone to open up with your struggles is a good thing. It can lessen the pain. Find someone who you can share and trusted not to spill your secrets to anyone. Talk to your family. If you are shy or afraid to talk to them, talk to a friend. If no one can talk to put it into writings, make a journal. Please, don't keep it! Depression is no joke.
