Wow! A 16-year-old artist from Malilipot, Albay turned these photos of Ciudad de Victoria located in Philippine Arena Complex, Bulacan into animé-like stills. 

Neil Jasper Bristol shared that he used MediBang Paint software to create his artworks and was able to finish them in just one day.
