#MyFirstDayInSchool when I was a Student (Part 1)

In my observation, those students who are very confident or easy-going will not feel anything special on their first day of school. I think they'll treat it lightly even though they will meet new teachers, new classmates, and new class loads. To sum it up, a new environment. I, on the other hand, felt scared on my first day of school.

Why? Why would I feel scared?

The answer is I'm not comfortable about change. Admit it or not. Change is somewhat scary. However, change is constant. Change is inevitable. You can't avoid change. No one can.

But what's the good thing about change though?

It will mold you to become what you will be in the future because through changes you can risk. You'll try new things that are outside your comfort zone. You might end up meeting new friends but it doesn't mean that your previous friends will leave you. You might associate with new teachers but the majority of them will help you along the way. You'll get new class loads and I know it'll be hard but that will be an addition to your skills and knowledge.

That thought always comes to my mind every time I encounter changes not only in school but in life.

To those who are having their online classes this year. You're facing an unfamiliar scene with different levels of problems. Aside from the internet connection, materials you're going to need, and motivation to keep your focus on the discussion, you'll be bombarded with a lot of activities. I can't simply advise you that you should answer it before the deadline because I know it's not easy. You have different subjects and those subject areas will give you different activities that you should pass within a week. Focusing on one subject area in one week, the teacher might give you more than five activities. Who knows?

My only message is to stay still. Don't knock yourself out and at least find something that will uplift you when you feel very drained. Try prioritizing the first activities that are due early, don't procrastinate, seek help to other people if you don't understand, extend your hands to your classmates who are in need too, and be positive. We might not know each other but I know you'll get through this! I believe in you.

Just wanna share this cause I'm still using it until now. Amir Khan said in the movie Three Idiot, "All is well". Everything will be well.

Part two will come up! Wait for it tomorrow!
