Since I was a kid, I always dreamt to have my own business maybe because my family is into business that's why I have the interest too. With that, back when I was in kinder, I was fond of collecting stickers. Everytime I went home from school, I had with me a set of stickers. Fast forward to when I was in grade 2. Since I already had lots of stickers, I decided to sell some of them to my schoolmates. I cut them individually and put 5 stickers per cellophane which I got from my grandfather's store. I sold them for P2 only. As the bell rung for break time, I will always be surrounded with my schoolmates with the stickers on my table and my cute Winnie the Pooh neck pouch hung on my neck. Then time came when I didn't have stickers that I was willing to sell anymore. What I did was to ask them what cartoon characters they wanted to buy so then I bought those they had requested and I continued selling. That was just in my 2nd grade. As time passed by, still I have the interest to selling stuff but I didn't know where to start but years later I discovered that I can start selling without having capital. That was a few days before I entered grade 11 (2016). I found a supplier for phone cases. I grabbed her photos with permission and posted it on my Facebook account. Everything was pre-order and in a first payment basis. Because of that, I learned not to ask money from my mom for my allowance. Until now, I'm in 3rd year college, I rarely ask for money from my mom. There was a point when I stopped selling because of the hype of the online marketplaces however there were still some of my schoolmates who contacted me because they wanted to buy again. This pushed me back to selling again not just phone cases but other stuff too. Now, I don't have the capital yet to start fully but in any time soon, with the help of God's grace, this desire in my heart will happen. I want to help others too in my own little ways especially those people who cannot get a job because of their educational background. If I will have a business someday, I want to hire people based on their heart and attitude. You can help a person to learn of the skill needed but a person with a prideful heart is as sturdy as a rock. No matter how you wanted to shape it beautifully, there's no way you can do it.
