My very first phone call interview from a call center - good or bad news?

This is my very first time applying for a job, specifically in the BPO industry. I had my initial interview with a recruiter yesterday and I was a bit nervous. However, she was very nice and even gave me some advice and tips. The questions I got during the initial interview were mostly clarifications about my personal data, telling more about myself, why I want to work for the company, any strengths I could contribute, how I handle pressure, my most challenging experience, how to handle an irritated customer, why they should hire me, and what I know about TSR (the position I apparently was applying for). I thought I would fail the initial interview since I kept pausing a lot and I was not familiar with the TSR position. But thankfully, I passed and I was scheduled for an account/final interview the next day. 

Earlier today, I had the account/final interview and I also thought I would fail because I heard that final interviews for this company would be difficult. However, the interviewer was very nice and understanding. I got asked about how I would feel towards the absence of a teammate and I was given a case scenario related to TSR. Thankfully, I passed the final interview but I had to decline because I was still not ready for a TSR position, considering that this would be my very first job experience. I was so grateful the interviewer was very understanding that it almost made me want to cry. 

So, I could say that my interview results were both good and bad news. This could be considered bad news since I declined the job position when I passed the initial and final interview. On the other hand, this could also be considered good news since I was able to experience an interview from that company and know about the TSR position. Moreover, this position could go to someone who deserves and needs the job more than me. So godspeed to that person and to the very nice recruiter and interviewer. Hopefully, someday I will be able to conquer my fear of doing a voice account. But for now, hopefully I will be able to land a non voice account as my stepping stone in the BPO industry.
