How's your 1st working experience? That's a very interesting question to answer. I was 19 years old when I got hired as a Call center agent. I started working at a young age because of Financial problem but I don't have any regrets because I have met a lot of people who contributed a lot to my growth as an individual and as an employee. Well, being a call center agent is not my "1st option". Before I went to college, I tried to apply to a convenient store as a crew, my plan that time was to be a working student. Unfortunately, I was not hired because I was 15 years old and it's against the law. Being an employee at a very young age is somehow a hindrance because of lack of experience and knowledge. I was also bullied when I started working. I thought bullies are just in school but also in corporate world. I strive to be better in a daily basis. I was promoted at the age of 21 as a "SME or Subject Matter Expert and when I turned 22 I was promoted a Supervisor. I can testified that challenges, problems, trials and triumphs are Tools for us to reach our goal in life and to make us a better person. Don't give up on your dreams because it will pay off eventually. - Marlon.
