Mayor Isko Moreno of Manila gave laptops and pocket wifi to the teachers of Manila so the teachers can use it for teaching students with online classes. He also gave tablets to all of the children in Manila so they can cope and attend classes online. He gave them because some cannot afford to buy gadgets for online classes.
