The last thing I wanted to happen is to wake up in a world where the new fad is to seal our lips with plasters or entirely putting a mask on, just because society could no longer address the humongous nature of social quandary. A problem where people confront each other just because we have reasoned ourselves for saying negative things. I may hype a very common ordeal but have you ever wondered living in world the way we live now, with our masks on not because of the pandemic but because we legally prohibit each other to say things without our liking? It may sound beyond absurd yet an innate human nature has imposed behavioral issues. This predominantly arise in each sect and ages and continues to mock our much-coveted harmonious relationships. Come to think of it, you are sipping coffee in Starbucks, you took a picture and posted it in your social media accounts without any malice or with the slightest intent to brag yet you will be deemed as blatantly arrogant. The argument lies on where do we define the borderline of criticism. As we all are entitled to our opinions, our perceptions would always differ and each underlying views towards others, be it spoken or tacit, has unprecedented effects. As the old cliché goes, you cannot please everybody. It is also true that everything is relative depending on how people see it. When your heart is full of malice, say what you see based on how you see it but do not let it succumb to engulfing others with the negativity your views could cause. It is a natural impulse to criticize. We all do, in different perspectives and varying degrees. It is a human nature. We all at some point have caused untoward circumstances and have maligned the name of others brought by the ill comfort of rumormongering. None of us has exempted oneself from this. It all boils down to a clean heart. A heart free form hatred and insecurities. If we see others posting the comfort of their lives, celebrate with them. Take inspiration and lead your life to your own fate of fulfillment. If you see someone whose life accounts you see as ridiculous or whose egoistical nature professes in each and every posts in social media, then be mindful and reflect. Surely narcissism is inevitably unworthy of our emulation. Remember, there is always a button to click and it's as easy as 123.
