Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso said that said the blood samples will be taken from people riding in vehicles passing through the testing center. The blood samples will then be processed using COVID-19 serology testing machines. The four testing machines bought from American healthcare firm Abbott are capable of processing 89,600 tests in a month. The Manila City mayor also announced that the drive-thru testing will accommodate both Manila City residents and non-Manila City residents.
