IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY

I'm not feeling good for the past few days. Unmotivated to do workouts and eating junkfoods almost everyday because of too much cravings. But I keep on pushing myself because I know that no one will do this for me. I feel bloated and heavy. I overthink a lot and I keep looking on the mirror. But what I did was I looked for a photo of me last year with the same shirt I'm wearing last night. And I realize that my physique has improved a lot. And I believe that would be enough reason to not to feel guilty.

It's okay not to be okay sometimes. It's okay if you eat foods that you crave for. But please don't forget to stand up again and push yourself to limits even how hard it gets. You're on a process. Believe in yourself.
