It's okay not to be okay

If you're into mental health type of drama, try to watch It's okay not to be okay. It will surely make you cry every minute of the episode and laugh at the same time, it'll help you to realize lot of things. It tackles psychological issues, mental illness/disorder which i think the world needs to acknowledge, it will teach you on how to overcome your fear, realizing your self worth and a lot more.

For me, personally, it taught me about  life and healing souls. It changes your perspective about the way you see things in your life and keep moving forward without looking back. It's okay not to be okay is not the typical romance kdrama,it's more than that.

I am sharing this to you because it might help especially today where we face a pandemic. Spending so much time indoors can trigger so much anxiety, fear and even depression.I'm hoping that this will help you to understand and realize things.
