Cavite’s Governor Remulla has said that Cavite will not go under total lockdown. This has come after concerns of food shortages should the total lockdown be implemented. Instead, Calibrated Community Quarantine will be in effect with 24hr curfews and only persons with quarantine passes allowed to go out of their house until 6pm only.
