Why is Self Love is a Perfect Love?

Some people think that self love is a selfishness love, but that's not true. Self-love is our secret weapon to live a fulfilling life. Because we became more cautious to take good care our body, mind and spirit.

Choosing first yourself is also building the foundation of whole self. When 
we truly love and respect ourselves, we’re free from doubts and endless 
worries, so we trust our feelings more and decisions. Also, when we love and respect yourself, you also begin to see the boundaries of a truly loving relationship clearly and that means not tolerating crap you don’t deserve.

Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your 
well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.

For me, meaning of self love is open and honest validation. It is biggest commitment to get to know and accept yourself as you are. That whatever happen we always love ourselves, be true to ourselves and be our own number one fan.
