Ever since I was a littler girl, I always dreamed of having my own make up line. No matter what the motivation is to be your own boss, you can always start today. I named my make up line as Alana Cosmetics "Alana" which means beauty/precious; we named it after our first baby girl (my niece) I feel like she will bring luck to us. Starting your own business was never easy. Before you spend money, find out if people will actually buy your products or services. This may be the most important thing you do. Once you know what you’re making, look for ingredients through suppliers (mine is beauty cosmetics). The fun part is I get to design my own labeling and packaging but you can also hire a graphic designer it's up to you. Build a marketing strategy, what we do is, we are in search of influencers that can promote our product. Since we just started we can't giveaway free products as of the moment. Instead, we can give discounts exclusive for the influencers. In this way Instagram influencers will really boost your beauty business.
