Hi! This is Angel Mae. My whole life I was struggling to lose my weight. I tried a lot of diet but a lot of them didn’t work on me. So I decided to try the HCG diet. I started trying to lose my weight last February 2020. I used the HCG diet from The diet coach. The HCG diet has strict protocols that needed to follow which is I was only allowed to eat 500 calories a day while taking HCG drops. At first, it was very difficult because I was not used to eat 500 calories a day. As days passed by, I tried to enjoy the food by adding allowed seasonings to boost my appetite. I wasn’t allowed to have vigorous workout so I only did mild exercises and stretches. I was 153.4 pounds last February and today I am 129.4 pounds. I was supposed to lose more weight but I think I am contented with the results. I am still trying to lose weight and hoping for the best. That’s all for now. Thank you!
