Sobrang hirap maging positive especially kapag sunod sunod ang failures, especially when you see other people being dissapointed to you. Pero when you choose to be positive, you remind yourself that you are not and will never give up in life BEING POSITIVE IS A CHOICE

How to promote Positivity? You yourself should choose to be optimistic in life. If the people around you see that positivity, then you can surely influence them and be positive in life TOO.

Pero kung nahihirapan ka here are my 5 tips for you to be POSITIVE :D

1. Hayaan mong ilabas lahat ng NEGATIVITY
Let your emotions out, it can be in your Journal, exercise, crying or have a friend that you can vent on. :)
2. Smile
Ano ka ba? Smile lang. YIEEE ngingiti na yan, hart hart. Smile lang okay everythings gonna be alright oh horray for today(mcdo song). This pain shall pass, tiwala lang.
3. Learn to appreciate even the small things
You have food, you have your family, you have your friends, make sure to make time for them
4. Give and Help
They say it boost positivity and it helps you to feel good about themselves. Like what they say, the best way to use what has God has given you is to use it to serve other people.
5. Love yourself
It is not just taking care of yourself and treating and spoiling yourself, there is more to that. It means to let go of the things that causing you pain, to FORGIVE YOURSELF and to move forward because better days are coming. MAHAL KA NI LORD.
