How to survive online class

Hi, so I was not able to write blogs this past few weeks because I was so busy for the online class, it was indeed a hell week for me since we are all adjusting for the new normal. So as we all know, we are in an online distance learning and to be honest most of us experience culture shock because we are not used to this kind of system in education. But now, I will discuss to you the steps that I have done that helped me adjust in the new normal setting.

1. Exercise- when you first wake up in the morning, make sure to exercise guys because it actually helps a lot. It makes you feel more energized within the day. It usually exercise for 15 mins because I don't have enough time to prepare.
2. Listen- just like the face to face setting, you have to listen to your teacher during discussion and refrain from scrolling through social media.
3. Ask- ask questions, if you don't understand the lesson, don't hesitate to ask questions because the teachers will understand our situation.
4. Stop procrastinating- I think this is the most important part in online class. We are all busy for the requirements that we are going to pass. My best advice is do not procrastinate. Pressure before pleasure. Sacrifice your time for social media in your works. Cramming usually leads to stress.
5. Give your self a reward- after the long stressful day, don't forget to rest. Give your self a time to meditate and often check your self.
6. Study- you have a responsibility to study on your own. Don't just rely on your teacher but do your part. Research and study about the lessons, expound your knowledge
7. Be healthy- Stay healthy because it is your weapon especially nowadays. Sleep well and long, eat healthy and exercise.
8. Enjoy- Like I always said, enjoy what you are doing so that it could lessen your difficulties
