HOW TO STAY MENTALLY HEALTHY THIS QUARANTINE

Since it is Mental Health Awareness Week of 2020 and we are in quarantine, most of us are cooped up in our own homes. Here are some tips on how to maintain our Mental Health.

1. LET YOUR MIND GET LOOSE. Set free every thought that is hindering you from doing the things that you do best. Even for 30 minutes of mind-relaxing activities should do the trick. It is optimal that you do this everyday to maintain balance. This is also a good way of relieving the time.

2. ENJOY THE MOMENT. Just simply indulge everything. Crank up your favorite tunes, eat your favorite foods, drink your favorite drinks, and get those beloved Z's! Sleep for more hours, exercise, plant, watch tv, play games, hang out with you family. Enjoy it.

3. HAVE A SELF REFLECTION. Ask your self the questions that always bothered you and you answer it. Evaluate all the things that you have done. Take a break.

Do not forget to check your friends' and families' Mental Health. Talk to them, comfort them. be with them. You will never know what they are going through, the battles that they are facing. Make them feel that they are not alone, that they win their battle because you are there to help them. Happy Mental Health Awareness Week!
