Mind over body Always control your thinking avoid negative thoughts or maybe embrace it but not necessarily to the point it would cause you anxiety. Focus on the good side despite the hardships along the way. 2. Stay hydrated Drink 8-10 glasses of water. Our body is 70% water we need to be hydrated. There are a lot of benefits by drinking water. It can cleansed our body. It lower the cause of heart attack and etc. 3. STAY HEALTHY Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Lessen the intake of processed foods. Control the intake of sweets, junkfoods and dairy products. Too much is bad. Balance it. 4. Surround yourself with positive people They divert good thoughts to you. They can also be good to your health and good for you. Positive person are an angel in disguise. Spread positivity disregard negative thoughts
