1. Improve your mental diet
- Be mindful of the things you think about. Mental diet isn't about what you eat. It is what you watch, what you read and who you spend your time with. To have a healthier mind, start by removing junk from you diet

2. Learn to let people down
- Your mental health is more important that anything. It may be your career, money, or other people's opinion. Not just because you're invited to an event doesn't mean you have to attend. If taking care of yourself means rejecting people, then let someone down
