How to make you sleep?

I always sleep 8 hours every night and this is what I always did.
1. I Exercise or walk ay least 30 mins a day
2. I always Turn off all the lights And I always make sure My room is dark. 
3. I Meditate at least 5 mins Before bed
4. Pray 
5. I Play music for sleep in YouTube 
And I will sleep well.
