How To Lose Weight without Dieting or Exercising!

Please read until the end to reveal a secret.

We all know a friend or a person that is overweight. If not, sorry to break it into you but maybe you’re the overweight person. Am I right? If I am then continue reading until the end. If I’m wrong, please continue reading this to know if you are an overweight person or not.

We are not just talking about the overweights here. Maybe you’re over just a pound or something. This is for you.

 1. Start a plan

As I said, you’ll lose some weight without exercising or dieting. All you need to do is plan. Decide and talk to yourself if you are now ready to change. To finally start walking forward and you’re ready to turn away from all the temptations that are giving you all these (extra) weights. The goal here is for yourself to match psychologically and emotionally. Once you are ready, expect the worst. Sure, going to the gym or dieting is hard but trust me, when your psychological and emotional mind teamed up, it’s even way harder. That’s why you need to be ready.

How do you make a plan? Go get a paper and a pen or go to your notepad and write all the motivation quotes you know. But more importantly, write all the things you need to do on how you will prevent yourself from going back once you said yes. Yes. That’s the plan. Easy right? You know yourself more than anybody so you would know what strategy or plan you need to do.

2. Filtering

Now that you have your plan on how not to look back once you said yes, of course, people will start noticing it and there’s a huge chance that they might laugh at you. They think it’s another one of your “I promise I will change” but still goes back after day 1. But it’s not. This time it’s different. You need to filter people and words.

Get to know the people that will support you and the people that still mock you. Filter them. It’s bad for your plan. Always make a hole to the other side of your ears for the negativity and keep the positivity. Remember that negativity is only temporary and it will just do harm for yourself. Focus on the positive things. Yes, it’s hard that’s why you need to be tough and filter some of them and add another tip to your plan on how will you focus on positive things.

3. Don’t be impulsive

Maybe you’re getting a hard time filtering. But I told you, once you said yes, you can’t go back. Now, when you’re having a hard time, you might get impulsive and slowly, little by little peaking at your past and before you know it, you’re living in that past again. Don’t self-pity. Don’t do the negative things you used to do just because you’re upset or if you feel you deserve a reward. Yes, you deserve a reward but don’t get them in the past. Don’t reward your present self by your past self. Always look forward, There’s a better reward waiting for you there. So no. Don’t go back to your toxic comfort zone and later on regret it. Add this to your plan: Don’t do things you know you’ll regret.

4 . Patience & commitment

Now that you have a strong plan and you know how to stick into it. All you need to do is let your patience and commitment speak to you. Every day is a hard day especially when you’re overweight and more especially if you’re in the process of losing it. Look. This will be a tough journey. You can skip some of your plans, you can consider people that you won’t filter or you can be impulsive some time but you can never, ever, let go of that patience and commitment of yours. They will be your best friends.

The secret.

And to clear things up. I’m not literally talking about those overweight fat people. This is for all the people that carry a heavy heart every day, and making it hard for them to enjoy life, smile, and to move forward. I’m sorry if I said this too late but I also want to teach everyone a lesson here not to judge people quickly if you only saw the title of their story. Everyone might have the same title but it’s always different on the inside.

I know how hard it is to wake up existing and not living. The heavy hollow blocks that never leaves your heart and the pain you felt when you can’t smile anymore on the things that made you happy. If you feel that no one can hear you. You’re wrong. If you can relate and already succeed in losing “weight” please do comment down below and share your testimonials! And for those who are just starting to plan, you can always vent out in the comments. Let’s support and hear each other. Living in the real world is tough but at least let’s make the online world a nice place to be safe and be comfortable.

So, if you feel the overweight in your heart, I’m encouraging you to start being gentle with yourself first. It’s not and will never be your fault if you feel that way. I’m not really good with endings and this is a cliché line but I believe in you so please believe in yourself too.

Now that you know this whole idea, go back and re-read again! If you noticed, the steps are not that specific because I want you to work with yourself. Have an alone time and get to know yourself more when constructing a plan. Good luck!
