How to Handle Stress

Stress has gotten the best of me recently. As time goes on, our classes have been more stressful as we are now focusing into our majors! I'm currently having classes in Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, being a content creator, and aside from that, I also have things that I work on at home. It can be overwhelming at times and I do feel stressed out, but here are some tips that have been working for me:

1. Break down your tasks. Use a post-it note and write down what you need to do, with their respective deadlines. Do what you can as soon as possible, your future self will thank you for it!

2. Take a breather–drink some chamomile tea, walk around, and get some fresh air. It might seem counterproductive, but I swear it's better to do tasks with a clear headspace!

3. Remember to take breaks. Your mental health is as important as your tasks. Take care of yourself as much as possible!

4. Avoid procrastinating! It might seem as the best and easiest thing to do, but you have things pending, and procrastinating would only do more harm than good.

How are you dealing with stress? Hope you're doing great!
