Hey everyone, since we are all staying at home with nothing to do some of us are starting to do workouts, skin cares and other things they can do for them to feel more confident in there own skin. So here are some tips that i personally use to glow up SKIN 1 - Avoid touching your face. 2 - Wash your face atleast twice a day. 4 - Know your skin type and start from there 5 - Start a healthy diet!, there are a lot of videos that will help you with your diet. It really helps a lot! 6 - If you have sensitive skin, be carefull with the ingredients that you use if your planning on making making mask or home remedies. 7 - Do not go to sleep without cleaning your face! 8 - Massage your face before going to bed. This is really healpful for me, it makes my skin glow and it also let me sleep early with no distractions 9 - Go to sleep early! H A I R 1 - Try using some hair mask, it will make your hair smoother and healthier 2 - Use conditioner! A lot of people forget to use conditioner but its very good for your hair. 3 - Try to not use heat to your hait often. EXERCISE Also try to exercise often, it will help your body get in to shape and it may make you feel more confident with your body. It also makes your body healthy of course and during these times we really need to boost our Immune System to be more healthy. A F E W M O R E T I P S Drink some vitamins, it will help your body be more healthy and active thoughtout the day. Also listen to Subliminal and Affirmations, there are a lot of videos about it on youtube. Also love your body just the way it is.
