HOW TO GET FIT EFFECTIVELY

Are you already conscious of how your body is turning this quarantine and you already decided to lose weight, but your laziness overcoming you?

Here are my tips for all of you that's work on me!

DONT PUSH YOURSELF

If you were really not into exercising but you must have to do it, don't start to those routines that will make you lazier. Look or search on the internet on routines that consume only a little time but will also have a great effect on you. Chloe Ting, a YouTuber, is my recommended instructor for you. Her exercises will only take 10 minutes for you to lose weight and it is really worth it! If you visit her channel you will get to see a lot of exercise videos about how to slim, lose weight, tone your abs, and everything in just TWO WEEKS, and that's legit.


EAT RIGHT


If you are not into vegetables then this is for you! You don't actually need to eat those green leafy veggies for you to lose weight, having self-control is. Did you know that eating whatever you want can contribute to your losing weight? But you must put control over it. If you were eating with rice, try to lessen the amount of it after a week. If you like to sip a lot of soft drinks then go to zero-sugar. If you get hungry time-to-time, try to snack meats. Having self-control is a great start for you to reduce!

LISTEN TO SUBLIMINALS

I know this is new to some of you, but its work! IT IS REALLY GREAT FOR THOSE WHO ARE LAZY OR BUSY TO EXERCISE. You can actually lose weight by just listening to music, yes you've read it right, by just listening. I will explain it to my next publish!
