So here 5 things to cope up with your anxiety

1. Breathing Exercise you have to learn on how to breathe properly this tip can also help when your getting hard time going to sleep. These breathing exercise is called the 4-7-8 breathing exercise , it's very simple you just have to inhale from your mouth for 4 seconds then hold your breathe for 7 seconds then release your breathe through your mouth for 8 seconds, repeat it until you feel better or until you feel sleepy.

2. Listening to music just put your earphones imagine that you'r detaching yourself from the world, then just chill feel the vibe of the music that your playing, I suggest to listen to a classic songs so you can be relax or you can make your own playlist with the music that can make you feel so relaxing .

3. Working out did you know that workout helps us in our anxiety because when we workout we produce happy hormones. Working out really helps us with our mental state.

4. Writing down or talk to someone, when you feel anxious you can talk to someone that you trust or if you can't share your feelings to someone you can write it down the things that frustrate you, that makes you feel sad, angry you can draft it or delete it after writing it down. This helps you to release your emotions.

5. Watching comedy films, it depends on you if you want to watch a movie or series. The important it can give a happy vibe that make you feel better.
