How to cook Special Adobong Pusit

Special Adobong Pusit Recipe
Ingredients:
cooking oil/ Butter
Garlic, minced
Onion, finely chopped
squid (pusit), sliced with squid ink set aside
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Black Pepper
Sprite
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat a wok or cooking pot then put onion and garlic
2. Add the sliced squid along with the squid ink and water. Boil until the squid is cooked through.
3. Add the soy sauce and vinegar. Season with salt, sugar and pepper.
4. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
