So we all know that it is a real struggle for your crush to like you back. Like you did what you all needed to do but your numb crush won't feel the same way even though you did every single effort on planet for him/her to notice you. That's why I'm giving you my personal experience that literally works cause they (ehem) actually liked me back!

Let's start with the most important part. EYE CONTACT! First interaction is a must! Of course starting it with an eye contact is effective. How? I literally did it to every crush I have and if they stare back at you with the same intensity, guuuurl you can now proceed on the second level. Eye contact is like creating a connection with each other and like silently interacting. If that person is not staring back at you, give up and find a better person because it means he/she is not interested at you when they don't stare back. Remember, first interaction is showing interest with each other and when I made the person that I like stare back at me, the next day, and the other next day, and so on, we consistently stared at each others eyes in the hallways, cafeteria, and wherever we encounter each other we. just. silently. making. an. eye. contact. That's how powerful. eye contact is. Like a secret mind conversation ;)

If you are done with the first one, definitely one of you is just waiting for each other to do the first move. And if you're the girl, there's nothing wrong with having to talk with the guy first, hello 21st century women. Try engaging the conversation with asking about the person first. Well, most people will be flattered when they knew someone is interested about their lives so just go with it. 

Next tip, try to be funny. Make each other laugh. Being funny is literally the biggest turn on on first meetings. That makes a person very attracting though. Try to make your crush' expressions come out of him. That means he/she is enjoying the company with you want to be involved more.

Those three can be shuffled and definitely not a problem which one you do first. But that is how I make my crush literally like me back 90 percent of the time.
