how i lost 10kg

firstly i drank apple cider vinegar everyday
second i did the chloe 14 days ab workout everyday and the first week you might not see that big of results but after doing it alot it will be so worth it
next i danced everyday for as long as i felt like it to keep the heart racing
and the last and MOST IMPORTANT step is to eat healthy.
