How Can "This Is Paris" Documentary Help To Promote Mental Health Awareness?

In my personal opinion, "This Is Paris" is the most authentic documentary film about her. In the documentary, Paris Hilton finally revealed who she truly was and cleared out numerous misconceptions about her. She also finally admitted that she has been playing a "character" for so long that her life became more trapped. Her trauma led her to create a fake character. After all, Paris Hilton wasn't a stupid blonde nor the other traits the public came to know about her a long time ago. She was more intelligent than we thought in real life.

Who is Paris Hilton? She was a socialite and a great-granddaughter of the founder of the Hilton hotels named Conrad Hilton. She became famous for being a reality TV star. Soon, she used her stardom to rebuild her own business empire. She was mainly known as the first so-called " social media influencer". She was known as someone who invented fashion style and other things which later other celebrities and people would do the same. Literally, Paris Hilton became the first new breed of celebrities. Paris was Kim Kardashian's inspiration and pursued the same dream.

Why is this documentary a positive influence? This can inspire more abuse victims around the world. This is how it can promote mental health awareness and to prevent more abuse. According to Paris Hilton in the documentary, she was a victim of horrifying abuse in a boarding school. Growing up she also has spent years dealing with strict parents which did her more harm than good as well as it contributed to who she became. In the documentary, we witness an "evolved" Paris who was starting a new life chapter under the healing process. She described her life story from her childhood all the way to adulthood. Paris Hilton finally opened up about the traumatic experiences that she had when she was younger to the public. She explained how these traumas molded her into an unhealthy person. Once again, it led her to create a fake and controversial public image to gain fame. Behind the glamorous life, her mind was full of chaos. All her trauma led her to pretend to be someone that she wasn't in front of the public. Despite the fame, she still had to go through a lot of trouble especially the leaked scandal without her consent. Due to her painful trauma in the past and even though she became successful, it led her to attract to such unhealthy relationships and lifestyles. Paris stated in the documentary that she thought that she created a monster instead of seeing herself as the first influencer. When she finally came in terms with her trauma, she became free. She began to learn more about herself than ever before. It helped her grow more as a person. It turns out that telling your story to someone helps you heal. Actually, the real Paris is a shy, very humble, and a kind human being. Behind the scenes, she is a true inspiration to her fans and a humanitarian. The lesson here is to be courageous to share your story because it might help others.

If you are interested in watching the documentary film and be inspired, it's free on YouTube. There are two videos. In other words, you have an option to choose between the extended cut version and the regular version.
