how are you?

hey~ i suggest that you read this while listening to the video ♥

okay let's proceed!

have you ever ask yourself some times? especially at times like this? am i really, "okay?" because that's the question i've been asking myself for a long period time now and i guess, you should ask yourself that question as well you know, a simple "how am i?" means a lot.

this pandemic actually changed me, it changed my way of thinking and views to things. i'm blessed, i'm blessed because i have shelter, food, and my loved ones, are healthy and i hope you are too! this pandemic gave us the time that we didn't have before, so for me, now, every little thing matters.

cup of coffee in the morning? hmmm, that aroma and warmth that it gives, i've never had a chance to enjoy a cup of coffee because again, the time was ticking back then. what other things should we do? we can walk, jog, and strive to be healthy. we can spend time with our loved ones more than we used to. 

treat yourself, remember that you deserve it, let's try to be productive, and listen to our body, listen to its wants, and needs. mental health is important as it is for your physical health, breathe, and exhale all the bad things. remember, this too shall pass. ☺
