For the past few days, I've been burnt out of what I've been doing. I had no motivation nor was I enthusiastic about anything at all. I'm doing better at the moment, but I know that this isn't my full potential. Here's how I've been coping: 1. Take a breather First, take a break from what you've been currently doing. Unwind yourself. What do you usually do to relax? For me, I read a book while drinking my favorite tea, or a cup of coffee. 2. Learn to let go of things you cannot control This is very important. We shouldn't be stressing over the things that we have no control over, but rather try to focus on the things that we can change. Let's not add unnecessary stress to our lives. 3. Reassure yourself that it will be okay We may put tremendous efforts into doing the stuff we aspire for, but sometimes it won't always be compensated. It's common to feel bummed out by this, but remind yourself, why are you doing it in the first place? What is your end goal? We must not be discouraged by the fact that our efforts aren't seen, but we must rather be encouraged to improve our creations instead. How about you, how do you cope?
