Help me I'm drowning!

There is no specific time of the day where the battles begin,we are left unprepared. 
There are so many people battling with depression and anxiety because of unknown reasons,but let us try to find an answer on how and why (we) people suffering from depression and anxiety got this invisible  battle.

•Traumatic stress 
•Bullying 
•Failure 
•Break up
•Family problem 
•Financial crisis 
And more.. 

Those are some of the reasons that can cause depression and anxiety based on my personal opinion,and here are some tips to avoid drowning in sadness.

•We need to Exercise our physical and mental health. 
•Do not over think, what important is you did great today! •Get enough sleep buddy! 
•Drink more water, get hydrated!
•Eat healthy,lots of veggies!
•Drink tea to relieve stress
•Banana and chocolates
•Hang out with friends and family!
•Date yourself at least get a cup of coffee or pamper yourself!
•Talk to someone,it really can help!
•Know what things that makes you happy, try finding your happiness because we can smile even if we're sad 
•The most important is let your family and friends know about it,so that they can understand you, don't hide it! 
Remember you need help from others to save you!  So don't be ashamed get a help because you're battling with your own self.
