You may have experienced getting your heart broken; when you feel like it is the end of the world. You lost your appetite, your energy and your passion in certain things. Suddenly, you feel nothing, numb, maybe. You want to be alone, you want to cry and you want to disappear. Yes, we know how it feels. It is okay to not be okay, remember that. Don't force yourself to tell everyone you're okay. Sometimes, it feels better admitting you are not okay and allowing your loved ones to be with you. Healing takes time, do not rush it.
