-Self love is not self less
-Don't hesitate to choose what you think is the best for you. 
-Stop overthingking it doesn't worth it. 
-It's okay not to be okay. Just don't stop moving forward being not okay is part of the process to strengthen your self.
-When you think nobody is there for you always remember you have your self and that's enough to keep forward.
