Good News:A Rare yellow Turtle spotted in India

News Today!

A rare yellow turtle, which at first glance looks more like a lemon than a reptile, has mesmerized people across the globe because of its unique appearance.

Basudev Mahapatra, a farmer in eastern India spotted the turtle while he was working in his fields in the village of Sujanpur in Odisha, India on Sunday.

Indian Forest Services officer Susanta Nanda said the creature’s color is possibly due to albinism.

In an interview with Asian News International, wildlife warden Bhanoomitra Acharya said it was a unique find. "I have not seen such a turtle in my life ever," he said.
