According to Russia the Phase III or known as the human testing of the Sputnik V or commonly known as the Covid-19 Vaccine are going to take place in Manila and Moscow.  The Human Testing Trial is funded by the Russian Government. According to Kiril Dmitriev, chief excutive officer of the RIDF, the vaccine that they developed is based on a proven platform called adenovirus human vector that has been studied in Russia. He also added that people shoudn't be scared of the Human Testing because those people who participated the first and second trial of the clinical trial have developed "very strong immunity"
