Get more things done by doing this-Pomodoro Technique

I'm gonna share with you how this technique helps me to be more productive and not getting exhausted- The Pomodoro Technique


Steps:

1. Choose your task
2. Set a timer to 25 minutes
3. Work on your task for 25 minutes until the time rings(with no distractions)
4. Take a 5 minutes break(I usually do stretches and get some fresh air)
5. After 5 minutes break go back to your task and do the same thing again, do it for 4 times (total of 2hrs) then take a longer break at least 20-30 minutes
