At the start of the pandemic, it has never been easy because it is novel. But on how we can protect ourselves, we are reminded to do frequent hand washing, using a mask, physical distance and keeping ourselves healthy. I am a nurse but not affiliated in the hospital, hence, what i contributed for this situation is a simple reminder of how to use the mask properly. It is important to use the resources that we have and not to put it into waste. The face mask we use should be worn properly and handled with care so that we will not defeat the purpose of it. Also, it has proper placement that should be observed at all times so that using it will be effective. It is just a very simple way to inform through my vlog. I just hope it helps. #COVID19HELP
