1) Master your internal triggers. you've got to urge to the basis reason for why you're getting distracted. Most often, you're trying to flee discomfort of some kind. You're trying to urge off from a spread of "bad" feelings: boredom, loneliness, insecurity, fatigue, uncertainty. 2) Turn your values into time. it is easy to speak an honest game about what's important to you. But if you take a look at someone's calendar, it is revealing: the items we are saying we wish to concentrate on are often things that we do not make time for. 3) Hack back external triggers. We're flooded with distractions, and clearly, those triggers pull us aloof from what we actually want to try and do. 4) Prevent distractions with pacts. Make an agreement with yourself about something you wish to try to to within the future. Ironically, we are able to prevent tech distraction by using more technology.
