Foods to increase your breastmilk supply

1. Eat green leafy vegetables
2. Eat oats
3. Drink lots of water
4. Drink supplements such as m2 malunggay which can be bought at andoks stores and megamalunggay capsules. These 2 are very effective!
5. Eats mussels!!! I believe it can really boost your milk supply

Most importantly Mommies, don't forget to be positive all the time and don't forget to to latch your babies every 2-3 hours or as per needed. The sucking reflex of the babies is the most effective way to increase your breastmilk output.
