Stuck at home during the quarantine period? 

Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay La Mesa, Calamba City found a way to still celebrate their barangay fiesta despite being lockdown in their homes. 

SK La Mesa initiated activities to still promote the excitement and celebration of a usual fiesta. These activities are all online so barangay constituents could still participate in the comfort of their homes. The activities are the following: 

-TikTok Contest. This contest showed the wit and talents of barangay residents in their submitted Tiktok videos. 
-"Ang Pinaka". This is an online bring me game, wherein the participants were asked to post their entries in the comments section of a post. "Ang Pinaka" entries won prizes. One example of this is "Ang Pinaka-maraming Medals". 
-Online Bingo. This is a similar bingo game we usually see posted in Instagram stories and Facebook My Day. The objective is to cross out things you have done based on what are written on the online bingo card. 

In these activities, SK La Mesa partnered with small local barangay businesses to give out prizes and at the same time to promote their stores through SK La Mesa's Facebook platform. These stores are Le The Tealicious (milk tea store), TonTon's Sisig (sisig store), Burgerpamore (burger store).
