Good afternoon, it's my 3:00 PM habit and for today we will talk about how Fasting is beneficial to our health. I know it's been a while that I put any good news on my very own page simply because I have other things to attend to, if you missed me I miss you guys too, now going back with our topic for this afternoon, it is about how fasting changes my habit of eating. I have done this because I want to maximize my body and also not gain more weight as the days or weeks go by. I felt good and I am not lazy at all Study shows that fasting if and only if done it correctly will give so much energy as it burns your calories and other sugar within your body, and it makes your body function the way it should be and it helps regenerate those cells that are no longer working or somewhat working. I will give more of this and update you guys with my progress.
