Easy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 1/2 milk
3 tbsp cooking oil
300 g mushrooms (washed and sliced)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste

Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat then add sliced mushrooms. add turmeric powder and stir well. set aside.

Dissolve flour in milk then set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the flour mixture, stir constantly. Add salt and pepper. Continue cooking over low heat until sauce begins to thicken. Add the mushrooms to the white sauce. 

Tip: Add few tablespoons of all purpose cream for richer taste.
