Here I am once again for another one of my thoughts about this and that lol. Everybody knows that feelings is an essential. A fuel that sustains our very being. Experiencing and things, doing various jobs, talking to people and so much more bring us different feelings that makes us "human". But the biggest question is, what if these feelings that we experience is negative in nature? Whether it is sadness, guilt, anger, fear, disgust or anything that ruins our mood. One of the good things that we humans possess is the ability to endure. But be mindful that enduring something for a very long time can be chaotic. Imagine unleashing all that rage and sadness and fear that is holed up inside us for a really long time can make us lose control of our emotions. And that is why it is really vital that we learn how to control these negative emotions, calm ourselves by doing things that we love for example listening to that new song that everyone enjoys listening to, taking long walks(for me it really is effective especially when I'm bothered, it helps me think clearly), maybe playing with your dog or going on roadtrips to places you've never been before? We hold the ability to do so, to counter these negative emotions and we are the ones who are responsible of our own feelings. We must learn how to release some stress or "steam" as some people like to use that term. So hey, DON'T BOTTLE OF YOUR FEELINGS! Learn how to take it easy and let life be a more enjoyable one for you. ^_^
